This book was inspired by the Interference Archive, a library that focused on preserving prostest materials. The book focuses on the relationship between a person and the physical materiasl they interact with opposed to their digital conuterparts.The book was created with hand-carved lino blocks and printed on 14x20” printmaking paper.

Accompanying the book is a website, The Outside of The Box.
The fully custom coded website is an infinately scrollable exploration of non-traditonal materials that could be used for art-making.

This book, inspired by the New York Public Library’s main branch, explores the relationship between architecture and people.

The book focuses on the library systems in prisons and how it can aid in rehabilitation of prisoners.

The book is handbound, 6''x8', with inserts and additional items.

Sometimes the process is just as enjoyable as the outcome.
